My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the exterior looked appealing, the issues with check-in and cleanliness of the rooms overshadowed any positives. The dining options were plentiful but lacked flavor, which was a letdown considering the price we paid. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The hotel has excellent facilities for business events, with a stunning mountain view. The food options are diverse and well-prepared, and the service was mostly good, especially at breakfast. However, the experience was marred by some instances of poor service, especially during the wedding event I attended, and the gym facilities were not up to par.
